Parts Exchange Contract is a post-warranty off-site hardware support program for
Self Maintenance partners that have invested in the people and infrastructure
necessary to provide effective self-support on eligible Self Maintainer
products. PEC delivers unlimited post-warranty Advanced Exchange Service for
all products covered by Self Maintainer on CSN. In addition, Self Maintainer
partners are provided with a direct relationship for in-warranty parts
replacement, the purchase of parts, and exchange replacement of defective parts
for other devices not listed on the PEC Agreement, through the HP Self
Maintainer program.
Applicants must be enrolled in the
Self Maintainer: program. Parts Exchange Contract must be quoted
by the hp account team. There is no additional application form.
